There are four days remaining till the deadline for submitting a signed Site Offer Form and Student Data Sheet. Affiliation agreements are NOT due on Monday, April 15th.

Remember, interns do not do anything with Affiliation Agreements. Dr. Lenze manages those. The reason for the April 15th deadline is to give Dr. Lenze time to arrange affiliation agreements before the summer semester begins.
