Do not send the internship coordinator copies of letters offering you an internship. This is very important. There is no need to send or submit a copy of a letter from an internship site offering you an internship. Dr. Lenze will only accept a Site Offer Form, found on Step 3 of the Step by Step Process.
If you receive a letter offering you an internship, download the Site Offer Form from Step 3 of the COMMINTERNS website and ask the site to complete. If they will not complete it, you need to reject the internship and find another. Before you reject it, ask Dr. Lenze to reach out to the internship site. He will be happy to try and convince them to sign it.
