IUP Philanthropy Day, in the Library is coming Thursday, Feb. 22nd. They are short handed with students this year and could use some assistance at the following times on Thursday.
8:00-9:15 – move cases of t-shirts from Sutton Hall to the Library — need approx 6-8 students (they have large wagons and dollies to use to move the boxes) Also need to pick up some items in Fisher Hall to go to the Library.
They need some volunteers during the following hours of the event to assist with handing out t-shirts, monitoring the photo booth, and assisting in other various areas:
10:45 – 12:15
12:15 – 1:30
1:30 – 2:30
2:00 – 3:00 — 2 or 3 students to move leftovers back to Sutton and Fisher Auditorium
They will provide free t-shirts to all students that help and will sign for community service hours.
