The Mindfulness Living Learning Community will be offering a mindfulness program open to all students this spring.
The dates are February 28th, March 7th, 21st and 28th from 4:30-5:45pm.
This course teaches 8 basic mindfulness skills over a period of four weeks.
The program is taught by Kim Weiner, Ph.D.
