The IUP Spring Career Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex from 10 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. This fair provides an opportunity for students and alumni to explore full-time and part-time job and internship opportunities with a large variety of organizations, including criminology, healthcare, government, education, summer camps, safety, accounting and public service. Please see the attached list of participating employers (80 as of today!) attending the fair and the types of positions they have available.
Students surveyed in previous career fairs have cited hearing about the fair from their faculty as one of the primary reasons they attend. Attendance vouchers will be available.
All majors and class levels are invited, and business or business casual attire is appropriate. Students are encouraged to visit the Career and Professional Development Center in Pratt 302 to meet with a career coach and update their resume. Drop-in Hours begin tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7, 2017 – students can stop by without an appointment to have their resume reviewed or to ask a quick career-related question.
