Day Date Time Tasks
 

Before the Sale: (No clearances needed, but must be at least 18 years old)

Saturday September 9 9:00am – till finished Book Sort
9:00am—till finished Setting up tables
Sunday September 10 3:00pm —- Moving boxes of books from garage storage to tent and church lounge
Monday-Thursday September 11 – September 14 10:00am – 10:00pm Removing books from the boxes and organizing them by category on tables
Friday September 15 10:00am – 3:00pm Finish organizing
 

During the Sale:  (must have clearances)

Friday September 15 Noon – 9:00pm Parking attendants to direct traffic in and out of the church parking lot.  At least 4 people needed at all times
4:00pm-9:00pm Cashier, assisting customers with large orders to their cars; tallying large orders; organizing and straightening books
Saturday September 16 8:00am – 6:00pm Parking attendants to direct traffic in and out of the church parking lot.  At least 4 people needed at all times
9:00am – 5:45pm Cashier, organizing and straightening books
Sunday September 17 8:30am – 4:00pm Parking attendants to direct traffic in and out of the church parking lot.  At least 4 people needed at all times
10:00am – 4:00pm Cashier, organizing/straightening books
 

After the Sale: (No clearances needed, but must be at least 18 years old)

4:00pm — Packing unsold books
