If you are as familiar with all of the companies as I am you will appreciate how it seems year after year nothing seems to change. These developers tend to stick to their guns more than try to innovate. Even Nintendo, who tends to go outside the box more than anyone else, still relies on their decades-old IPs to keep them in the black. I think if the industry wants to get more excitement this year they need to do something to shake things up. Announce a new partnership, reveal a new genre, do something different than what we usually see. However, this is just a bit of a jab at the companies we love so much in this industry. Although it is a bit sad that these norms continue to come up the way they do. Oh well, E3 is fun so far, albeit a bit disappointing. What do you think about E3 so far?
