Experience

Head Guard/Cub Run Rec Center/ 2015-2016

In charge of the lifeguard staff during the day. Responsibilities included scheduling and training the lifeguards. Made sure the pool area was clean daily and ensured the safety of all the customers.

Floor Manager/Monster Mini Golf/ 2016-2017

Provided an entertaining environment for the guests on and off the course. Included some office work such as scheduling and answering phone calls. When the store managers were away, they would leave floor managers to run the golf course and staff.

Server/ Mellow Mushroom/ 2017-2018

Served guests and provided a friendly experience during their stay. Made sure the restaurant was clean before and after my shifts. When hosting, I would take phone calls and seat customers when they arrive.

Guest Advocate/ Target/ 2018-Present

Answer guest questions and help them throughout the store. At the desk, I take phone calls and do returns. At the register, I would check guests out and make sure they found everything they were looking for. Most days included cleaning of different stations and of the store. Also was trained to be a barista at the Starbucks if they needed an extra hand.

Education

Westfield High School, graduated in 2018 with an advanced degree. Took college-level classes throughout high school.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania, still attending. Dual Majoring in Communications Media and Asian Studies with a focus in the Japanese Language.
