EMORDNILAP (2022)
This is a short film produced by IUP’s Student Film Association. I worked as the cinematographer and as a camera operator on this project. The inspiration for this film comes from liminal space art and Avante Garde filmmakers like David Lynch. This film experiments with nonlinear storytelling while not using any dialogue. The story follows a man as he tries to do his laundry unbothered. This project was shot on two Sony A7ii 4k cameras and was cut and color corrected in DaVinci Resolve. This film is shot in 4k. All footage belongs collectively to the Student Film Association of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
SEPARATED(2022)
This is a short film produced by IUP’s Student Film Association. I worked as a cinematographer, productions assistant, and editor for this project. The film was cut and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. We shot this film on two different days, one week apart from each other. The film features the story of a young father caught up in a criminal life who is forced to do one last job before he can see his daughter again. Collectively, the club wanted to do a more serious piece after producing several comedies. The film was shot on two Sony A7ii cameras, a Sony A7iii, and utilized a DJI Ronin-S gimbal for steady-cam shots. This film is shot in 4k. All footage belongs collectively to the Student Film Association of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
