Apple Advertising

Hello and welcome back to my next blog in the series, Apple Advertising. Apple was founded in the year 1976. There are many reasons why the brand is still popular today. Today I will be telling you four reasons why Apple has good advertising. Many people use Apple products, and they are still coming out with many new items. I hope you enjoy and learn a lot about Apple’s advertising in this blog.

The first reason is you need to “rethink the need for advertising”. To start, you have a challenge. You should discover the problem that you are faced with and figure out a way that it can be fixed. Next, you should take action. Once you figure out what the problems are you should start a list of steps on how you can fix the issue. Lastly, you should get the results. Demonstrate how the problem was fixed. With these steps you should be able to find a new way to advertise.

The second reason is to “avoid price wars by emphasizing your unique value proposition. According to neilpatel.com, “whether you’re selling products or services, the key to making this strategy work for you is to make sure you justify that higher price to capture your market share”. This is saying that you should market your products at different prices. For example, Apple has the MacBook Pro 13” which is priced differently than the MacBook Pro 11”. This is because the bigger the screen, the more money it will be to buy it. This is a great marketing technique in my opinion.

The next reason is “keep your marketing and your products simple”. According to neilpatel.com, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”. You don’t want to throw a bunch of crazy colors and fonts in your audiences face all at once. If your marketing technique is too busy, then this will make it hard for your audience to understand what you are promoting. Try to have one to three colors and the same with the number of fonts. This will help your audience see what you are promoting more easily.

The last reason is “know your audience and talk to them in their language”. This means if you are speaking to a younger audience that you should use teenage words that are used frequently with them. If you are speaking to an older audience, then you shouldn’t use the same words as you did for the younger audience. Some other great uses for wording include “edge to edge glass”, “retina display” and “led background” according to neilpatel.com. You should also not make what you are selling just that product. For example, instead of saying “just a computer” say “the iMac isn’t just a computer. It helps make your experience pleasant and enjoyable”.

In summary, Apple’s tips on making a great advertisement are wonderfully executed. Therefore, they have stayed relevant all these years. Many people all over the world use Apple products. The customers range from young to old. I have gone over four great ways to advertise and make your product stay relevant for more years. Thank you for reading my blog.
