Vehicle Advertisements

Hello and welcome back to my third blog in the series of advertisements. I will be talking about four ways that vehicle brands are advertised. These kinds of advertisements started in the year 1898. Mostly everyone uses a form of vehicle transit. I hope you learn a lot in this article and enjoy reading it.

The first way is “customer research”. You can achieve this with customer surveys, customer interviews, and by speaking to sales reps and account managers. By customers taking surveys this helps the company know what they want from their point of view. This can include a different demographic of people ranging from age, race, country, gender, and more. Using customer interviews is using the same type of research except it is talking in person with the customer. By talking to a sales rep/account manager, you can ask them what they see customers looking at more. They are the ones on the floor of the dealership and talk to the customers the most, so they would be a great way to get information other than from the customers themselves.

The next way is to understand why your previous ads didn’t work and focusing on the offers. If your previous ad didn’t bring in as many customers as you wanted, then you should focus on why it happened that way. Try to look at it from a customer perspective and change where you went wrong. Watch it again and see if what you fixed now works. When putting out offers make sure to use key words like “the best deal around” or “one time only”. This will help your customers realize that they should go to your dealership instead of other competitors.

The third way is by making ads for social media. Mostly everyone uses social media so if you put ads there then you will have a huge number of customers seeing your ad. Some ads have a timer so you cannot exit the ad to return to the page you were on until the timer is done. There can also be ads on either top, bottom, left or right side of the screen. This can help when people are scrolling on social media, and they will see your ad come up. If your ad has a pop of color or different fonts, then there is a good chance that it will catch their eye.

The last way is to “experiment with over-the-top (OTT) advertising”. This means ads being used on streaming services. You can put your ads on Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Prime, cable, etc. This is a great way to market your product because a huge number of customers most likely have one of these streaming services. Use popular music, high quality, visuals, and more to make a popular commercial.

In conclusion, there are many ways to make a great advertisement, but these will give you an amazing start. There are many competitors out there, so you must make sure you stand out from them.
