I am a volunteer firefighter at Indiana Fire Association and have been since August of 2018. I lived at the West Station for 2 years and ran calls all year. I have learned and experienced a lot of new things with the IFA and will not ever forget the crucial moments. Although I started firefighting in 2016, I didn’t get to fight fire until I was 18 and after hours of training. I am thankful for the people I ran with and all of my mentors throughout this journey.
