Wanting to be fashionable but having a true addiction to the comfort of sweatpants should not be frowned upon! I remember when I was younger or even in college a few months ago, it was more socially acceptable to wear sweatpants wherever I went and it was okay to look “bummy”. Sweatpants that have elastic waistbands and elastic at the ankle are known as joggers. Joggers are becoming more popular for not only lounging in, but also for wearing out. Today, at the age of 22, society wants you to look as though you’re ready to take on the world with your best attire.
But sometimes you just simply can’t get into the swing of the day if it doesn’t involve having your most comfortable pair of joggers on. Depending on where you work, it might be extremely unacceptable to wear lounge clothing. You come home from the day, put on your favorite sweats and wake up the next morning wishing you didn’t have to change out of them, right?
A solution to parting with your sweats when it’s time to go to work is to find pairs of joggers that could be worn with a blouse and a pair of flats or heels. Finding a pair that aren’t as baggy and that don’t have any print on them could easily be worn for a more business casual look. The joggers I have pictured above are not a pair I would recommend wearing to work, but they are one of my favorite pairs that I like to wear when I run errands and are also more trendy than my many other sets of gray or black joggers. The comeback of camouflage is a high fashion trend today and a look that suites anyone!

I know we’ve talked about wearing the same-old-same pairs of pants and being comfortable in your usual colors of clothing, but lets brighten up that wardrobe of yours with some summertime yellow! Having a hard time finding pants that fit to your curves and make you feel and look slim in all the right places? Stock up on some bright, high-waisted, belted pants like these!
Most of us have our few favorite pairs of jeans or pants that are our go-tos and that probably need to be retired from our closets and replaced with some new-bees. I know it’s not as easily done as easily said. Shopping for pants online is a hassle because you can’t try them on until they arrive, and shopping for pants in store can be frustrating because of the limitations on sizing, quality, and quantity. You are not fighting this battle alone!
A quick trick when shopping for pants, is to first make sure that the quality of the pants seems durable as well as comfortable. If you’re shopping online, read reviews and check the details of the product. If you’re in-store shopping, take the extra time to try the pants on in the dressing room to save you from disappointment when you get home, and also another trip back to the store if you have to return them. This strategy also helps because you can get a couple different styles or fittings of pants and see which look you feel most comfortable and confident in. For the beautiful yellow pants pictured above, I got them in a size up from what I normally wear so that they would be a bit loose on my legs (for comfort purposes), and so that I could adjust the waist of the pants accordingly to my liking and comfort! We’ve all dealt with the struggles of eating just a tad too much and not being able to breathe in our pants…
Tip: I decided to pair the yellow pants with a denim off the shoulder top with bow accents that tie above the shoulders. The denim and the yellow compliment each other very nicely!

It can be a hassle to find pants that are versatile for all occasions. If you work a day job at least 5 days a week that requires business casual attire, you need a few bottoms and numerous blouses. Like me, you might be limited on appropriate clothing to wear for where you spend the majority of your time, and tend to spend your money on cute and trendy clothes for the current season. Lets solve this problem together!
Wearing black slacks or knee length neutral colored skirts all the time gets dull and also very uncomfortable. If you have a job where you have to move around quite a bit, you want to be able to move freely in your clothing and not have any distractions. Side note – you perform best when you’re dressed best!
These fun paper-bag pants feel like pajamas and not to mention, are adorable! You can find pants like these in so many different department stores as well as online sites. Trousers or paper-bag pants like the ones pictured above can be paired with so many different tops, ranging from elegant blouses, cropped tops, t-shirts, and whatever else you find that looks good to your liking! I would most likely wear the outfit I pieced together in the picture above to a night out with friends or to a summer day occasion.

The summer time heat is here and coming at us fast! Suffering from finding the appropriate clothing to bare the heat can be an endless battle. I am here to share you with the tips and tricks that help me!
One of my favorite things to do in the summer is go thrifting for old high-waisted jeans to cut into shorts. Unfortunately for the past few summers, I have not been all that successful with finding the right size or right style while thrift shopping for shorts. I then began to resort to browsing different stores in my local mall. Once again, I was not successful in my shopping for shorts because every pair I came across were $40+ and also way too short for my liking, which was very frustrating.
I found a new solution which became a new necessity – maxi skirts! Being that I don’t like to show too much skin and love to be comfortable (as you already know), I became obsessed with maxi skirts. No more hot, sweaty legs sticking to the leather seats in my car, less money spent, and a little more spice added to the summer wardrobe! This checkered maxi skirt was only $10 at Gabriel Brothers! You can pair this skirt with any colored top. I chose an army green tube top that was only $5 from Forever21.

It’s no secret that neutrals take over most of my closet, but I’m trying to branch out and add some color for some refreshing looks! This mint green/blue romper is so ideal for a hot summer day. Put an end to wasting so much time looking for an outfit when you could be getting extra beauty rest! Scanning anxiously through your closet every morning to find the perfect outfit for the day gets overwhelming and exhausting. Not having the perfect shirt to go with those perfect pants you finally found also puts a damper on your mood, when you’re in a hurry to get to where you need to be, but also want to look your best!
That is why every women’s closet should have a jumpsuit (or a million)! Not only is a jumpsuit an easy outfit, but it’s also very comfortable. This outfit is a lifesaver I would say because you are no longer spending excessive amounts of time wishing your favorite top wasn’t in the dirty laundry or trying to find something else to just quickly throw together. This specific jumpsuit is very light so it can be worn on a hot summer day, or a chilly day if you paired it with a long sleeve shirt underneath. Pairing this jumpsuit with a cropped tank top underneath is perfect for a warm summer day. I also have not found a shoe that doesn’t look great with any jumpsuit!

Most likely, you have your favorite pair of jeans that just can’t be compared to. Now, you may or may not know it, but sometimes we think people don’t notice how often we really wear those favorite jeans of ours…Well most likely, people notice. Your favorite jeans might need a break from being worn 3 days a week. You might think, well I don’t have any others that compare to these pair or that fit me the way those ones do. You might also think, jeans are overpriced and too hard to find.
Ah-ha! I present to you…The jeans you’ll want to wear everyday! These jeans not only fit perfect in all the right places, but they are affordable, easy to find, and insanely adorable! The comfort of clothing is very essential to me because there is nothing worse than having on a pair of pants that are brutal to sit down in. I also think that these specific jeans could be your new 3-day-a-week jeans because of how great they look with any top! I paired it with a white crop top that doesn’t show skin because of these amazing high waisted jeans. There is a built in belt tie around the waist so that you are able to adjust the fit of the waist to your size and liking. These jeans also are stitched at the bottom so the roll won’t come undone. Who doesn’t love the look of rolled up jeans? The frayed holes are small enough so that not too much skin is showing so these pants can be worn for different seasons.

Last minute plans sometimes end up being the best plans. Although, last minute outfit planning usually ends with a result of random articles of clothing thrown together and hoping for the best! Getting home from a busy day of school or work sometimes calls for a night of going out to dinner or going somewhere with friends. This Go-To-Outfit is something I always have in mind for a day I might have planned to meet friends or even to complete errands.
