My first week of senior year is officially over!
It is my fourth year now at IUP and I am dreading the end being so soon. After my first week being over it has made me excited for the rest of the semester to come. Here are some tips to get a routine started during your first few weeks of school:
- Start waking up at a reasonable time and make your bed every day.
- Eat a healthy breakfast.
- Get a planner and fill it with important dates and plans you have for the month.
- Keep your homework separate from your planner and make a google spread sheet with all of your assignments and the date they are due.
- Make a habit of going to your school’s gym or going on a walk at least once a day.
- Make time to relax and spend time with friends.
Some of these things seem very small and simple, but if you start to make a habit day to day of doing these smalls things it could be very beneficial for your mental and physical health.
