You can connect with other users and businesses, to build up your network. Follow these steps on how to create a LinkedIn business page.
Before we jump into the steps to create a business page, here are LinkedIn’s requirements you must have completed before creating a company page.
- Personal profile with real first and last name
- Seven days old profile
- Several connections on your profile
- A current employee with your position listed in the experience section
- Company email added and confirmed
If you have completed all the requirements above, follow the steps below to create your business page on LinkedIn.
Step 1: Adding a Company Page
On your homepage click “Work” and select “Create a Company Page.”
Step 2: Select the Type of Company Page
Choose a company page that best represents your company. You can ch0ose from small business (fewer than 200 employees), medium to large business (more than 200 employees), showcase page, or educational institution.
Step 3: Fill Out Company Information
Be sure to check the box to verify that you are the one creating and in charge of the page. Then click “Create page” to continue.
