Description

Anaphora Literary Press

Marketing Intern: Marketing interns should expect to do a lot of busy work finding contact information, sending emails and making phone calls, without payment (unless they can show direct profits from their marketing efforts – which is difficult as libraries don’t buy from individual marketers). Interns would also help writers schedule readings, send out and create press releases, and other marketing materials. They can also come up with innovative marketing strategies and otherwise help writers sell their books. Besides potential sales royalties due to high proven sales, this internship is also unpaid and can be done from your home by email. Training will be provided. Prior knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Photoshop and other commonly used marketing-related programs is essential to your success in this job.

Requirements

You should have access to and the ability to use Word, Excel, the internet and other relevant programs.
