Professional Biography

They say time flies when you’re having fun…

Before I decided to go to college, I had been active in the theater community. I was an editor for the school newspaper and I was an anchor on the morning announcements. Little did I know, those activities would land me scholarships through the National Thespian Society as a Honor Thespian as well as academic scholarships.

When you love what you’re learning, your achievements become much more than awards or scholarships. My biggest achievement (so far) would be knowing I chose the right career for my future. Communications Media never felt like school work. Every part of it was a reward; learning to develop film photography, recording audio, operating cameras and using the Adobe suite. I am a frequent flyer on Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Dean’s List with a 3.9 cumulative GPA and not because I am prestigious, but because I love creating media. My passion for this field grows each year and that is the highest achievement of all.
