Paul Binai’s work is bold–in color and in thought–and sometimes haunting. The fifty-year retrospective of his work–and glimpse of the twentieth century–is worth a trip to the University Museum. The exhibit served as a backdrop to the University Museum’s Gala fundraiser, Eine Kleine Kit Kat Klub, held last weekend in the Blue Room. The Pittsburgh-Post Gazette covered the event.

There is no admission fee to the University Museum, which is located on the first floor of Sutton Hall. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday from noon to 7:30
p.m., and Saturday from noon to 4:00 p.m. The Binai exhibit runs through
