Today’s topic is how to present a news story. One of the most basic things you have to do in reporting is presenting a news story. Some people may not know how to go about reporting one. This is how to present a successful news story.

Before you start your presentation, read thru or rehearse thru what you are going to say and make sure you understand all of it, and the emotions it conveys. When you do the presentation, show the right emotions and look at the camera so your audience feels like you are looking at them, because you are addressing them. If it is a serious story, make sure you convey how serious it is. Be polite and to the point. It takes some practice as everything does, but soon you will be doing effective and successful presentations.
