Okay everyone, I feel so much more successful today. I got home from work earlier then planned. I came home, and checked off 4 things on my list for the week. I didn’t just sit down and never get off the couch. This is really exciting for me because, to be completely honest, I thought I was going to be too exhausted to even make dinner. Tomorrow will be my first interview and I’m really looking forward to learn some tips and be able to share them with you! The list still isn’t the best option for me, so let’s see what else can be in store. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read about my busy schedule, now let’s find the time to share on Facebook!

Well, I did NOTHING on my day off. Okay, not nothing, but not nearly as much as I should have. I got wrapped into Netflix, my true weakness. I’m disappointed in myself. The list is a good idea in theory, but I can just ignore it. I need to find something that I can do to hold myself accountable. I’m picking and choosing what I want to do. Even worse, I didn’t do any of my homework that I told myself I’d do in advance. Now, I will have to cram it all in before or after work. Hopefully tomorrow is more of a success. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read about my busy schedule, now let’s find the time to share on Facebook!

Hello again. Well today has been my first day of the list method of balancing everything in my life. So far, it has been helpful. I checked it in the morning and tried to get some of the smaller things done that I could do before work. Tomorrow is my only day off for the week, so I will be trying to get most things checked off my list, specifically focusing on any school work that needs to be done this week. The downfall that I do see in the list already, is that I can tell I am specifically picking and choosing what I want to do each day, leaving everything I don’t want to do farther into the week. While yes, this is my own fault, it is just another hurdle to get through on this journey of mine. Stay tuned for this week’s postings. I plan to interview my mom about how she balances everything. She works for Amazon, helps run a separate business she is a part of, as well as clean, exercise, etc.. I will be documenting her tips and then trying to test them for myself in the future. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read about my busy schedule, now let’s find the time to share on Facebook!

Hey everyone! It was a crazy week for me, but I am starting my journey on balancing work, school, and fun. I am trying to take the time tonight to try to start planning out my week and how I can get everything in that I want to and need to without feeling overwhelmed or unprepared. To start my journey of juggling everything I want to do I am making a weekly checklist. I don’t know if this will workout for me or if it will help me at all, but stick with me for this week to see if a weekly checklist might be able to help you as well. I will be trying new things each week! I am making this weekly checklist on my phone so I always have it with me to look through and I can’t use “I lost my checklist” as an excuse as to why I have not done anything, but go to work and lay on the couch scrolling through social media or watching the same shows on Netflix for the 10th time.
