Hello Recognized Student Organizations!
We invite you to enter the 2016 Homecoming T-shirt Contest to promote positive representations of IUP and IUP students (hosted by the Center for Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement). Submit your t-shirt design and one physical t-shirt. All submissions must abide by the T-Shirt Contest Expectations listed at the bottom of this email, and student groups must begin selling prior to or by October 3 in order to be eligible for contest prizes.
Winner of the Presidents Grand Prize will be determined by a Facebook voting contest to take place between October 11 and October 13. Winners of other categories will be determined by prize sponsors.

Cash prizes are available to organizations which win a certain category.
Submission Deadline: Online submissions via Crimson Connect and physical t-shirts are due Monday, October 3 at 4 p.m. Physical t-shirts must be dropped off at the Center for Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement in 307 Pratt Hall by Monday, October 3 at 4 p.m.
Facebook Voting Contest: Tuesday, October 11 through Thursday, October 13.
Winners will be announced on Friday, October 14 at 9:00 a.m.

The deadline for the PASSHE Business Plan
Competition for students has been extended. Due to flooding at some of
our sister campuses, the deadline for this first-ever Business Plan
Competition for all PASSHE students is now September 30 at midnight.
First prize is $10,000.
Any IUP student interested should go to the PASSHE Business Plan Competition website and register by fillng out a simple two-page intent to compete. Afterwards, they will be contacted by the IUP Small Business Development Center to provide assistance with their business plan.

Award recipients are selected for their outstanding campus leadership
experience, academic excellence, and community achievements.
Women are chosen for this honor by the Selection Committee according
to their cumulative grade point average, the nominating reference, and
the information submitted on the application. All applications are to be
returned to the Center for Student Life, 303 Pratt Hall, by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011.
