**Fine Arts Event for HNRC 102 Students** (this speaker is sponsored by CHC students as well)
The lecture, titled “The Hidden History of Civil Rights in the North,” will be delivered at 6:15 pm, Tuesday, February 20 in Room 225 HSS. After the lecture, there will be a short Q&A session, which will be followed by a reception. Dr. Paul Finkelman is a leading constitutional scholar in the nation and has just become the president of Gratz College.
