Dr. Kim Weiner will be again offering mindfulness classes to students this fall. The workshop, called “Koru Mindfulness” was developed by researchers at Duke University to help college students (or other emerging adults) learn mindfulness skills. These skills have been demonstrated to help students to reduce stress, improve sleep, concentrate and improve attention, just to name a few benefits. The course is free of charge, and open to graduate and undergraduate students. Attendants need to commit to attending all four classes. Enrollment is limited to first come, first serve.
