Welcome to Vegan 101!

There are endless reasons why people choose to become vegan.  Here at Vegan 101, we highlight some of those reasons.  Some find it to be a more ethical lifestyle, in which they do not exploit animals for any reason.  Others feel that it is a healthier alternative, and find they have more energy after transitioning.  Veganism is also the best choice when it comes to the environment – it is very expensive in terms of land and water to raise animals!
