My name is Nicolaus Allen, a Communications Media student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in August 2021. While at IUP, I am the creator and Executive Producer of Animation Nation, a weekly show that airs on the student run TV station, IUPTV. My experiences while managing the show have sharpened my skills as a video editor, producer and writer. While working towards my degree, I also worked with the Housing Department as an Office Worker, Office Manager of the Putt and Delaney Hall offices, and eventual North Region Office Manager of the Wallwork and Northern Offices. Most of my time here was spent organizing meetings, making the weekly work schedules and settling internal disputes between my coworkers, among other things.

My technical skills include an intense focus on video editing and post production with high proficiency in Adobe Premiere. In studio skills, being knowledge teleprompter, camera and switcher usage with high level knowledge of sound board management. Skills in Cubase and Photoshop, and knowledge of how to produce and direct episodic video series.
