Coaches and Trainers

In the sport world it is not only about the athletes, the coaches and trainers also play a very important role in the athletes career because they are there to make sure the athletes is the best and they stay the best. For professional sports, winning is the most important thing because the more games the teams wins, the more fans they have and the more money they are bringing in for everyone. When the competition is the only important thing, this gets in the way of many other pros and futures for athletes. Coaches and trainers may sometimes ignore certain health risks because they know this injury may cause the star athlete to be out the game for the whole season and then that means they lose more games and now they are making less money. The sport industry has become such a money making business, it isn’t even about the athletes anymore, thousands of people place bids on these games every year and risk a lot of money if a certain player is out there to wi the game then this would cause a lot of people to lose faith the team. If the coaches and trainers do not take the right steps to help the athlete heal correctly and let them rest for as long as they need so they can return back to the game in perfect condition. If an athlete doesn’t receive the correct treatment for their injuries than this will cause worse damage in the long run which can ruin an athletes entire career. There should be more regulations and evaluations to make sure all coaches and trainers are giving their athletes the best care and giving them the best advice.
